Refund policy

ReturnsReturned products must not have been worn or washed. The time frame for returning a product online is 30 days from the date you receive it. No refunds or exchanges will be possible beyond the 30-day period. We require proof of purchase in order to return products.

Non returnable products: : Gift cards and products on sale

Once received and inspected, an email confirmation will be sent to you. Kindly read the email carefully to find out if the refund is approved or denied If approved, you will receive a refund in the same payment method you used to make the online purchase.

Note that Sauge et Sapin does not accept returns for shrinkage, this aspect is being considered when the clothes are made.

Late or missing refunds
If you are waiting for a refund, please verify your bank account first. Then, contact your credit card company, as it may take some time for the refund to appear. Often the reason for a refund not being displayed is a processing delay.

Exchanges
